Zülpich/Cologne. The Zülpich-based Initiative Furnier + Natur (IFN) cordially invites all trade visitors to its information stand at this year's interzum 2025 trade fair in Cologne. The association can be found in Hall 5.2 at Stand F80. Please note: Once again this year, there will be a meeting of the veneer industry directly after one of the exhibition days, on Thursday, 22 May 2025, starting at around 6 p.m. "In memory of our long-standing managing director Ursula Geismann, who was highly regarded in the industry and passed away at the beginning of February, the party atmosphere of the meeting will be dispensed with. Nevertheless, we will come together in a relaxed atmosphere, as Ursula Geismann would have wanted," said the new interim managing director Dirk-Uwe Klaas. All visitors interested in veneer topics, exhibitors, IFN members and people from the industry, as well as members of the media, are also cordially invited to join us for food and drinks in a casual atmosphere. The Initiative Furnier + Natur (IFN) e.V. was founded in 1996 by the German veneer industry and its partners. Today it is supported by European companies from the veneer industry, the trade and the veneer processing industry as well as trade associations of the wood industry. The aim of the association is to promote veneer as a natural all-round material.
